1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
As per the European Union regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers in Hungary have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless the product is custom-made (e.g., personalized mobile skins), which are exempt from the 14-day return rule.
If your item is not customized, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide photos of the damage or defect.
- Once approved, we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
